Module 9 – Human Factors

Human factors is dedicated understanding the things that affect how people do their jobs and have an impact on safety behavior in the workplace. The field of human resources in aviation also concerns on how aeronautical staff can be safely and efficiently integrated with the technology in terms of standards, training policies and procedures which have the aim of helping humans perform better.
