Order Cancellation Policy

This order cancellation policy (“Cancellation Policy”) explains the procedures and terms under which you can cancel an order for online courses on the www.aviationinstiute.eu platform (“we”, “us”, “our site”). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation
   • Cancellation within 14 days: If you cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed or used the course.
   • Cancellation before the course start date: If you cancel the order before the course start date and have only accessed the introductory materials, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific course policy.
2. Cancellation Procedure To cancel an order, follow the steps below:

1. • Contact us: Send an email to office@aeroas.ro with the subject “Order Cancellation” and include your order details, such as name, email address used for the purchase, order number, and reason for cancellation.
   • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days.
   • Processing: Your request will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the confirmation.

1. Refund Conditions
   • Full Refund: If you are eligible for a full refund, the amount paid will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
   • Partial Refund: If you are eligible for a partial refund, it will be calculated proportionally based on the number of modules accessed or the duration of course usage.
   • Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 14 days of the approval of the cancellation request.
2. Exceptions You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
   • Full Access: If you have accessed and fully used the course or related materials.
   • Special Promotions: Courses purchased under special promotions or limited offers that are marked as non-refundable.
   • Abusive Use: If we detect abusive or fraudulent behavior in the use of the cancellation policy.

Other Specifications: Orders placed by the concerned person may be canceled without prior notice and without any further obligation of either party to the other, or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

1. • Non-acceptance of the transaction by the issuing bank of the card, in the case of online payment;
   • Invalidation of the transaction by the payment processor agreed by our company, in the case of online payment;
   • The data provided by the concerned person on the Platform is incomplete and/or incorrect.
