This course combines Human Factors with the Safety Management System (SMS) elements and fully complies with EASA GM1 145.A.30(e) HF SMS Training Requirements. Human performance is vital to aviation safety, making it essential to stay aware of potential human errors. Since human error is a constant threat, Aviation Human Factors Training is crucial. The critical challenge is to understand and manage risks proactively before incidents occur.

The course aims to deepen participants’ understanding of human performance and aviation safety concepts.
