The Romanian Aeronautical Association is honored to have partnered with International Qualified Entity – IQE, the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority, ROMATSA, EuroUSC-Benelux (a Qualified Entity for UAS since 2015 under the Dutch law), and the College of Legal Advisors Bucharest in organizing the First International Drone Conference in Eastern Europe, which took place in Bucharest on September 25-26.
Distinguished international leaders such as ICAO, EASA, and JARUS, along with national civil and military authorities, were brought together to focus on the evolving landscape of global and European drone legislation.
The event provided a powerful platform for exchanging best practices and showcasing successful use cases in industries such as agriculture, security, and logistics. Given the current geopolitical context, this conference played a crucial role in fostering regional development and technological integration at the EU’s borders.
