About the Course<\/p>\n

This course combines Human Factors with the Safety Management System (SMS) elements and fully complies with EASA GM1 145.A.30(e) HF SMS Training Requirements. Human performance is vital to aviation safety, making it essential to stay aware of potential human errors. Since human error is a constant threat, Aviation Human Factors Training is crucial. The critical challenge is to understand and manage risks proactively before incidents occur.<\/p>\n

The course aims to deepen participants’ understanding of human performance and aviation safety concepts. It promotes involvement, motivation, and awareness, integrating safety behavior into daily practices. Participants will gain valuable insights into Aircraft Maintenance Human Factors, ensuring a comprehensive approach to safety management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

To Whom It Is Addressed<\/p>\n

When it comes to understanding the application of human factors and human performance, personnel involved in maintenance, management, and quality audits should be evaluated for the need for initial human factors training. Moreover, all maintenance, management, and quality audit personnel should receive continuous human factors training. This training should be provided to:<\/p>\n
