About the Course<\/p>\n

This course provides mandatory initial and continuation training as required by AMC4 145.A.30(e) and GM1 145.A.30(e).<\/b> It integrates Safety Management System (SMS) principles with Human Factors (HF) to enhance safety culture and reduce maintenance-related errors.<\/p>\n

The program focuses on the interplay between human performance, organizational safety policies, and risk management. Participants will explore how to identify hazards, manage errors effectively, and contribute to a robust internal safety reporting system. It is designed to ensure that all personnel understand their role in maintaining airworthiness and fostering a “Just Culture” within an Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

To Whom It Is Addressed<\/p>\n

This training is mandatory for all personnel involved in the maintenance, management, and oversight of aircraft and components within an EASA Part-145 environment. This includes:<\/p>\n

\u2713<\/span>Nominated Persons and Management:<\/b> Accountable Managers, safety managers, and senior leadership responsible for safety governance.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2713<\/span>Supervisory Staff:<\/b> Line managers, workshop supervisors, and hangar leads.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2713<\/span>Technical Staff:<\/b> Certifying staff, support staff, mechanics, and specialized services staff (e.g., NDT).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2713<\/span>Quality and Safety Personnel:<\/b> Personnel involved in compliance monitoring, safety management processes, and internal safety investigations.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2713<\/span>Logistics and Support:<\/b> Stores department staff and purchasing department staff.<\/span><\/div>\n
