You can place an order with us by ordering by accessing the link related to the chosen service/product directly from the website, through our check-out form or by phone. If you notice an error in your order you should contact us immediately. If this does not happen, we understand that you accept the details of the order (prices, products, delivery or billing dates, etc.) as they are written. The acceptance of an order from us takes place when the user receives the access data for the purchased product/service via email or phone.

Users can access online courses available on the site after registration and, if applicable, payment of applicable fees.

6. Refusal of an order

When an order is refused, you will be notified by e-mail of the reason for the refusal. We may refuse an order if:

we do not have the ordered product in stock
your payment has not been completed in the case of payment by bank transfer
there was an error related to the price or product description
you are not eligible to place an order (you are under the legal age, you have placed orders in the past that you have not paid, etc…)

An order placed on the website www.aviationinstitute.eu has the initial status of placed and will be valid after confirmation of payment

7. Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied when you buy products/services from us. If you are not happy with the products you bought, you can return them and we will refund the value of your order.

Romanian legislation provides:

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
According to the legislation in force, the product return policy applies only to purchases made by natural persons. In the case of legal entities, only the warranty procedure applies, and if there is any defect or hidden defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with another one according to the situation.

We will return the value of the order no later than 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract to a bank account provided by the customer.

The information provided by placing the order will be used to send you order confirmation, possible promotions, periodic newsletters, etc. We undertake not to make public or sell databases containing information about our customers’ personal data.

8. Member Registration, Password and Member Conduct

By registering as a member you will be asked to choose a username (email address) and password.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe as a member of this site, and any activity conducted under your username is entirely your responsibility. The seller is not and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by errors, or failure to update the information published or maintained on the SITE, which is not due to his fault.

If prices or other details relating to products/promotions have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been incorrectly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of that product and notify the customer by telephone /e- email as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.

We inform you that any complaints regarding the aesthetic defects of the products will be taken into account and will be analyzed only if they are complained about within the first 48 hours from the moment of receipt of the product.

Registering the order does not constitute its confirmation. After receiving the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to confirm and establish the delivery details. Delivery time is 1-4 working days from order confirmation.

INVOICE

THE INVOICE is issued only in electronic format and is sent by email to the customer. Also, these documents can be requested by phone or email.
Tax invoices already issued cannot be changed later, only if the billing data were entered incorrectly (CUI, name, address)
